our classes group consist of no more than five clients who share the goals for fitness.

PERSONAL COACHING

one on one session geared to the client who wants to train alone with one of our personal trainers.

NUTRITION PLANS

A general meal plan & a grocery list is offered to help guide you with healthy eating. Individual meal plan are offered for a cost based on the length of the program you purchase. For example we have a 12 week program for $300.
